The Keep on Pushin’ campaign was the June recipient of the funds raised by the Village Liquor Store’s 1% Club. VLS donated 1% of June sales to the campaign, for a total of $1,350. This past week, at the current skateboard pad at Huxley Park, VLS manager Adam Giles (centre) presented the cheque to the Tim Gambrill (left) and Dave Reid of the Gabriola Skatepark Fundraising Association.
