8th Annual Green Solutions Trade Show this coming weekend in Nanaimo

Mid Island Co-op and Vancouver Islands leading green experts would like to invite mid island residents to the 8th Annual Green Solutions Trade Show & Speakers Forum April 6th and 7th in Nanaimo, from 10:00am – 4:00pm. The Beban Park Social Centre will be buzzing with exhibitors from several cities on Vancouver Island, showcasing the many ways consumers can reduce their carbon footprint.  Admission is FREE. 

Offering practical solutions to a sustainable future, Green Solutions brings together eco-minded business leaders and consumers to explore the latest in green living. Professionals and industry experts will be on hand to answer questions and to provide tips that will help protect our environment and save consumers money! This is a must-see event for anyone looking for energy savings and eco-friendly ideas. 

Featuring over 50 booths, show visitors will find a mix of exhibits, seminars and demonstrations on topics including: sustainable energy options, new products, building green, recycling, hybrid & electric vehicles and much more. Also, check out one of the eight interactive seminars led by local experts from the City of Nanaimo, Energy Solutions Vancouver Island, Solaris Manufacturing, DLC Canadian Mortgage Experts for green home financing, Trax Developments Inc., Green Plan, WaterHaus and Pheasant Hill Homes. Returning back again this year is the Eco-Kids Zone sponsored by Woodgrove Centre, so bring the whole family!
