Got Pop? is presenting the “Hear No Evil” comedy tour at the Skol Pub on Thursday, April 24.

Byron Bertram, Kyle Jones and Jared Borland, as well as special guest “Juanita,” will be on stage starting at 8:00 p.m. at the pub.

Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door and are available at the Skol Pub.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Byron first took to the mic in 1997, before he was even old enough to be in the venue. Since then he has developed into a crowd favourite, appearing on stages in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Holland, Japan and the USA. Having most recently worked with the likes of Zack Galifinakis, Eddie Izzard, Colin Mochare and Flight of the Concords, Byron has received rave reviews for his one-man show Guilt Ridden Sociopath.

Jared has showcased for CTV’s Comedy Now special and has opened, hosted and/or performed with some of the best comedians from all around Canada. Inspired by his having been raised in a strict, broke-ass Mormon family in Saskatchewan surrounded by three older sisters, a mom and an obsessed hockey coach dad, he has endless material to pull from. Jared will throw his spin on women, beer, hockey, love, religion and just silly stuff that will leave you feeling like “Everything is Funny.”

Kyle Jones has been a pro comic for about five years and has been making waves over the last year in the comedy scene, opening for various headliners such as Rich Vos, Dean Edwards and Rory Scovel. In the fall of 2011, Kyle finished in the Top 10 for “Canada’s Next Top Comic” and, with his rock and roll presence, Kyle is now one of Canada’s hottest new acts!
