Join us Saturday, June 6, 7:30 p.m., at the Phoenix Auditorium as Lulu turns 10! continues our 10th birthday season celebration with “Goldfish: the Big Fish Fry Classical Edition.” The evening will feature a veritable bouillabaisse of instrumental and vocal music by composers such as Franz Schubert, Ralph Vaughan-Williams, Arvo Part, André Previn, Manuel De Falla, Alan Hovhaness and others.

Yes it’s true – classical music is going swimmingly on our island and the “3rd Annual” will draw from a pool of Gabriola’s finest classical musicians including Hiromi Bradshaw, John Capon, Allannah Dow, Barbara Ebbeson, Phil Haig, Leah Hokanson, Elizabeth Lutz, Christine McKim, Deborah Vitek, the fabulous Faire Wyndes Quintet and some very special guests.
