Sat., Mar. 9 - Wunder Burger. A funky fundraiser for the Gabriola Skatepark, featuring the music of Wunderbread. At the Gabriola Island Community Hall. Burger & Beer starts at 6pm. Wunderbread on stage at 8pm. Tickets available at the HIVE and North Road Sports and at the door. An all ages show, families welcome!

Sun., Mar. 10 - “Be Our Valentine2” all-ages fundraiser for Cats Alive, rescheduled from Feb. 10. 1-4pm at the Gabriola Arts Council’s Arts and Heritage Hall. This benefit for cat rescue, fostering and adoption will feature a live and silent auction and sale of beautiful textile, fabric and fibre items for you, your home and your cat, and our fabulous cat-themed cookies.
