I am busy creating a new one man show which I am calling “Best of Shakespeare”. It will be similar to the style in which I have performed Shakespeare before, but this one is very different, because it contains many pieces that I have not performed previously.

The first performance is a matinee and is scheduled for Saturday February 2nd at 2 pm at The Theatre Centre 1475 Peterson Rd, Gabriola. A second performance will be in the evening of Sunday, February 3rd at 7 pm, also at the Theatre Centre.

In addition, there will be a special surprise performance of a piece probably no actor has previously performed, or would dare to do in the future.  This time we are introducing a unique way of dealing with the cost of admission.

Tickets will be $15, but for anyone under 30 and over 75 will be FREE. The reason why I have made this distinction is because

I realize a great many people under 30 are working for very low wages and many people over 75 have a fixed income which does not keep pace with their living expenses.  Anyone who feels they do not need this concession can of course make a donation.

Anyone wishing to attend these performances, please let me know you wish to attend either by phoning me at 250-247-9805 or email me at antony85@shaw.ca .

We need to know the numbers of people attending in order to help us with our catering - that is scones cream and jam etc.
