United Church Harvest Home Supper

There was a happy hum in the Community Hall last Saturday night when over 150 folk gathered to enjoy the United Church annual Harvest Home Supper. An unprecedented number of plates of the best-ever turkey, trimmings and pies were served. The evening also provided the first opportunity for the church’s new minister Reverend Tim Lissimore to meet and talk with members of the community since moving to the island with his family in the summer. «more»
