Chinook fishing is still worthwhile off Thrasher, Grande to Waterfall, and the Neck Point area. Try bottom-bouncing in water depths of 160 to 180 feet. Rhys Davis teasers in clear green scale, spoons in Silver/Blue or Evil Eye, or the T-Rex hoochie are lures of choice. These winter fish are extra tasty. They are full of oil, and very robust in flavour.

Prawning is still good off the Flat Tops. Try good old tuna cat food fished on the 350 foot contour, and expect 75 to 100 per trap.

Good fishing!
