Chinook fishing is relatively slow in most areas, with only the occasional 8 to 10 pound Chinook being retained. Thrasher, the Grande, and Entrance are best fished following the 160 foot contours with Cookies and Cream spoons or Blue Meany hoochies as bait.

The Chums are staring to show locally. Try purple/pink or pink hoochies fished slowly, with 4 lines stacked on the downriggers. Depths range 60 to 120 feet, but beware, as they are very fickle feeders.

Prawning is still good off the Flat Tops. Remember to release the female spawners!

Good fishing!
