Halloween Fireworks a go
Firefighter Dimitri Tzotzos with his daughters Raena and Alex at the ferry lineup collecting donations for the annual Firefighters’ Association Halloween Fireworks show at Twin Beaches. With the recent change in weather (the rain came...) Fire Chief Rick Jackson said there will be fireworks this year. Donations can be made in any of the rubber boots at local businesses all over the island. The show starts at 7 pm on October 31. Hot dogs, hot chocolate and other goodies available ahead of the show from the Gabriola Volunteer Fire Department.
