2025 Fire Board Election Results
Official results from the 2025 Gabriola Fire Protection Improvement District Election:
Elected to a Three year term: Oliver Bussler and David Chorneyko. Elected to a Two year term: Wayne Mercier.


Gabriola Pride took place this past Saturday at Ravenskill Orchards, with over 500 people attending from Gabriola, Victoria, Nanaimo, and other parts of Vancouver Island. Funds raised will be used to cover costs, and be put towards more Pride events in the future.
